  • A product line is one tracked area of your product — for example "Checkout", "Mobile App", or "API Platform". Each has its own connected repos, issue tracker, and generates its own weekly update. You can create and archive product lines at any time.
  • Yes. Pro and Team plans both include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You only get charged when the trial ends and you choose to continue.
  • Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of each year. You save 25% compared to monthly billing. If you cancel mid-year, unused months are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • No. Syncop is priced by product lines, not seats. The only seat limit is how many team members can access your account — and even that is generous on every plan.
  • You'll be prompted to upgrade when you try to create a product line beyond your plan limit. Existing product lines always keep running — nothing gets paused or locked.
  • Zendesk KB sync is available on Pro and above. On Starter, updates are generated but not pushed to Zendesk. Upgrading to Pro takes effect immediately and you can connect Zendesk right away.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice or purchase order. We support USD billing; other currencies on request.
